Despite reliance on ideas and structure with reminders of previous screen stories, energetic cast and solid if blunt staging keep action, back story, and twists spinning.
Dopamin (2025) Immediately infused with gritty, fractious atmosphere, struggling couple Shenina Cinnamon and Angga Yunanda face suitcase full of cash when stranger dies in guest bedroom. As temptation leads to momentary relief and inevitable violence, intense leads enhance tight, thematically strong narrative twists.
